Terry Hubbard has been involved with the automotive industry since his early days in the repair shop working on engines with his father. Automotive Management Systems, (AMS), is a company born from the growing needs of auto repair shops. In 1994, after a successful career in the auto repair shop environment, Terry was looking for another way to help auto repair owners on a broader scale and launched Automotive Management Solutions.

Automotive Management Solutions began in 1991, with a focus on helping independent automotive and truck service center owners become more profitable and successful. Terry's campaign started door-to-door in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Terry quickly established that R.O.
