We Help You All The Way

Switching any process in your shop can be a stressful process. At Automotive Management Solutions we realize that even though we're on-site training you and your staff upon installation, we are training you in a "working-shop" environment. As such, you and your staff have hundreds of other things going on at the same time and not everything we train you on is going to "stick."
 
We offer various additional training and support tools, until you know your system inside out. For the first month after installation, we are genuinely happy to answer any questions. We will help you get up and running and smoothly and as painless as possible. Since we were there upon installation and know your particular shop setup, we want you to CALL US FIRST! 
 
Any quick support questions that last for fifteen (15) minutes or less, we will happily answer and help you with FREE of charge for as long as you have R.O. Writer. However, if it is an R.O. Writer or networking question which we feel will take us longer than fifteen minutes, our support staff will let you know that we will have to start and charge a Service Call.
 
**Please Note: If you are Current on R.O. Writer Annual Support (which comes paid and current for 1 year upon installation), you can ALSO call R.O. Writer for free at any time.

Note: Any training time on-site also comes with a travel charge.
